Vikings, 800 – 1000 AD
To supplement your curriculum for a unit on the Vikings, choose from the several good adventure stories for the elementary reader.
Another idea to add flair to your history lessons is to include the tales of the Norse gods, and the D'Auliare book (listed below) is tops!
